1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Social Edit Studio website, membership, templates, or any related resources (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Membership & Access
Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the templates, trainings, and resources for your own business (or, in the case of an Agency Membership, on behalf of your active clients). Login credentials may not be shared outside the licensed user(s) on your plan.
3. Billing & Renewal
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis on the same day you originally signed up. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each renewal cycle until you cancel. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by emailing hello@tse-studio.com.
4. Refund & Cancellation
All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime and will retain access through the end of your current billing cycle. For full details, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Refund Policy
Because of the digital nature of the membership and immediate access to the full content library, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for past payments. Cancelling will stop future charges but will not refund the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
All templates, graphics, written content, trainings, frameworks, and other materials provided through the Services are the intellectual property of The Social Edit Studio. You may customize and use the templates for your own (or licensed clients') marketing. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original template files, training videos, or any other resource in any form.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to create content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or that we believe is being used in bad faith.
8. Community Guidelines
Members participating in the private community are expected to be respectful, supportive, and on-topic. Self-promotion outside of designated threads, harassment, or spam may result in removal from the community without refund.
9. Modifications to the Service
We may add, change, or remove templates, trainings, or features at any time as we continue to improve the Services. We will not materially reduce the core value of an active membership without notice.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific business, marketing, or financial results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Social Edit Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
11. Privacy
We collect and use your information only as needed to provide the Services, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. You can request deletion of your account data by emailing hello@tse-studio.com.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
